WHAT WE DO

 FLOW YOGA  Vinyasa, also called FLOW, because of the smooth way that the poses run together, in vinyasa each movement is synchronized to the breath. This class is a workout, you are expected to get warm even as a beginner. The class works every single muscle, with this practice you are expected to improve the elasticity of your lungs, to detox your mind and body and to become more mindful and aware of your body.

 YIN YOGA  With this practice you will be working your joints not your muscles, we  hold postures between 3 to 10 minutes. We focused in breath and body awareness, we aim to increase the relaxation in our body but also to calm the nervous system and mind.

 DESK/OFFICE YOGA  Designed to awaken the brain and body, to restore the muscles and mind these sessions can be as quick as 15 minutes. Try a stand up class, where you can reconnect, create team building and re-energize without having to reach out for a coffee.

 KIDS YOGA  It can be as simple as one off class, or run as a program during the term. Allowing kids to connect and become aware of their emotions and thoughts, giving them tools to explore their creativity and find stillness on their own.

Classes and events

YIN

With the YIN yoga practice you will be working your joints not your muscles, we spend most of our time on the floor, holding postures between 3 to 10 minutes. With focus on breath and body awareness, we aim to increase relaxation in our body and our nervous system. Even though this may sound really nice, simple and easy, it is a very challenging class. It is not a workout, the challenge comes on finding stillness in the body, breath and mind. Despite the challenge and your abilities, you will leave the room feeling fresh, relaxed and loose. We spend the whole time aiming to find that stillness. Be okay that some days this stillness will be far, some other days you will find at the start and hold it thought the whole experience.

Mindfullness 

In this class you will discover tools to be in control of your mind, breath and body, you will learn how to be in control or on top of your stress levels. Mindfulness literally means the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something; in other words, how to be present. Through this class you will learn how to create a new mindset where you can practice mindfulness in every task you do. 
 

Meditation

We think that we meditate, but in reality, we practice concentration of the mind. With a guided meditation practice you will notice how easy it is for the mind to get distracted, through this experience we learn how to still the mind. The purpose of meditation is to have a more clear mind, to create space for the good erasing the bad, to become in control of it and to stay present. We get stuck in past or future but we do not live in the moment, with meditation in your routine you will experience a more pleasant mind, your stress levels will be reduce and in general you will be a happier person.

 

Glowga

A creative unique class, that turns into a magical experience. We use UV paint to cover our bodies with creativity, we have a DJ to create the perfect atmosphere and we have the UV lights that create the magic. We move through a flow class, while we find space to dance!

 

Yoga-Hike

We hike for up to an hour, you have the option to do a walking meditation (you will get the instructions for that on the day) or have a little bit of social time. Once we finish our hike we start a YIN yoga class, sometimes we hike back and we do the yoga after the whole hike, it will always depend on the location.

Yoga-Bike

We mix two amazing things together! No, no!! don’t get me wrong! We don’t bike as we yoga! We do a biking ride, which suits all levels, for 40 to 60 minutes to finish with a YIN class to restore out body. You finish the experience feeling worked out but also fresh and stretch.
