Yoga has remained unchanged for centuries, but after Kotte saw firsthand how it could transform her own life, she was determined to do whatever it took to use it to transform others. This is a moving illustration of the power of creativity to transform ideas, and the power of ideas to transform lives.

Bounce.org.nz is a New Zealand Red Cross project to empower young people to live life well. Bounce has been developed through New Zealand Red Cross Christchurch Recovery Programme following the Canterbury earthquakes. New Zealand Red Cross is part of the largest humanitarian organisation in the world, helping people wherever they might be - internationally or in our own communities.
